The man behind
The Men's Pharmacist.
A GPhC registered clinical pharmacist with 9 years of experience, a background in training and recovery, and a growing frustration with the way men's health is handled.
Here's the pattern I kept seeing
A man comes in. He's tired all the time. He's training but not seeing results. His hair is thinning. His drive isn't what it used to be. He's been to his GP, had some bloods done, and been told everything is "normal."
He leaves with nothing. Not because anyone did anything wrong, but because the system isn't built to look closely enough, or to give him the time he actually needs.
I watched this happen more times than I can count. Eventually I got frustrated enough to do something about it.
Why men's health specifically
Outside of pharmacy, I train. Weights and jiu jitsu. Training has taught me more about recovery, stress and hormones than almost anything I studied in lectures. When you push your body hard and don't recover properly, you feel it. Sleep suffers. Mood dips. Everything downstream from that — your energy, your performance, your drive — gets affected.
That personal experience combined with 9 years of clinical pharmacology is what The Men's Pharmacist is built on. I'm not approaching this as an outsider looking in. I live the same things my patients are dealing with. Training, recovery, wanting to feel sharp and capable rather than flat and tired.
What I built this for
The Men's Pharmacist exists for one reason. To give men the time, the proper testing and the clinical expertise they're often not getting elsewhere.
That means looking at your full hormonal picture, not just one number compared against a reference range built for the broadest possible population. It means taking the time to actually understand your symptoms, your history and what you're trying to get back to. And it means being completely straight with you. No jargon you don't understand, no judgement, no scare tactics and no miracle products.
I work with men across the UK on testosterone, hair loss, weight loss, erectile dysfunction and performance, both remotely and in person.
The honest bit
I'm not going to pretend this is just a job to me. I built this because I believe men deserve better from their healthcare, and because I've spent 9 years watching that gap up close.
If you've been feeling off for a while — tired, flat, not quite yourself — and you've been told everything's fine, I'd like to actually look at why.
